I bought it but never got the PDF — what now?
Check your spam / promotions folder for an email from hello@bringcalm.com. Still nothing? Email us with the address you used at checkout and we'll resend within the hour.
Does this work for ages 4–12 if my kid is 5? Or 11?
Yes. The system has separate scripts and limits for each age range — toddler-style for the younger end, contract-style for tweens. You'll find the right fit inside the PDF.
Can I get a refund if it doesn't work?
14 days, no questions. Email us with one sentence — "please refund" is enough — and we process it the same day. No need to explain or justify.
Do I need an app or subscription?
No. It's a one-time PDF download. No app to install, no monthly fee, no login. You own it forever and can print it.
Is my data safe?
Your email is GDPR-protected and only used to send you your PDF + occasional updates (you can unsubscribe anytime). We never sell, share, or rent your information. Payment runs through Stripe + Shopify — we never see your card.
My kid is on the spectrum / has ADHD — does it still apply?
The scripts work for many neurodivergent kids because they remove ambiguity (clear visual timer, predictable warnings, written rules). That said — write to us with a sentence about your child and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a fit before you buy.
Can I share it with my partner / co-parent?
Yes — please do. The system only works if both parents are on the same page. Forward the PDF to your partner, print extras, share with the grandparents who babysit.
